Hi, I’m Jane

I’m the founder of Figure Eight Creative. When I was living in the Italian Alps, my passion for the outdoors really came alive. I’d moved there because I quite liked skiing, and soon after found myself peering at mountain sides searching for frozen waterfalls to climb. In fact, I still look up at every hill and mountain top, every rock face, along every valley, seeking routes and dreaming up adventures on the slopes, slabs and up to the summits.

That’s the passion that underlies Figure Eight Creative - that joy of exploring new places, pushing our limits. And if you’re here, reading this, I’m guessing you share this passion.

When I’m not clinging to a rock face, or hiking up a big hill, I’m usually exploring words - finding the right ones to help outdoor brands to get more customers.

I believe that the route to connecting with your customers is through strategic copy that outdoor-lovers can relate to, along with consistent brand messaging that builds trust with your customers.

We love being outdoors. So it’s no surprise that looking after the great outdoors is something we’re more than up for.

One of the ways we’re doing this is by donating 1% of Figure Eight Creative’s revenue to environmental causes. That’s revenue, not profit, so 1% of each project fee goes to doing good stuff for our planet.

So far, we have supported the Beaver Trust and Herefordshire Meadows, as well as volunteering time and skills to support POW UK. They’re all doing amazing things, check out their links to find out more.
