    The Trigpoint Framework

    The Trigpoint Framework is my unique method for writing copy that inspires people and brings out the best of your brand.

    It involves taking a deep dive into three key elements:

    1. Your brand values and personality

    This is the foundation of how you communicate with the world, what drives your brand, how you want to make people feel, what kind of action you want to inspire in people.

    2. Your customers

    By understanding how your customers talk about the problem your product solves, we can use language that actually means something to them.

    3. Your products or service

    Asking you the right questions so I get to know your products as well as you do.

    I get to know your products inside out and inject this knowledge with your captivating tone of voice. I make sure we use language that resonates with your customers and represents your brand identity. So you can be confident that your marketing is focused, consistent and authentic.

    The path to awesome copy

    1. 1

      Preparation

      Just like packing for an adventure, I make sure we know the route and have all the gear we need. For your copywriting project, this means onboarding and strategy. I ask you to provide all the information I need about your brand values, your products, your ideal customers. And I make a plan for the project, so we don’t get lost on route to our end goal.

    2. 2

      Writing

      I use the Trigpoint framework to research and gather all the info I need for your copy. I then write your copy and review it internally before sending it to you.

    3. 3

      Revisions

      I usually include up to 2 rounds of revisions for copy projects, so you get a chance to provide feedback. I’ll implement your comments before proofreading and sending you the final version.

    4. 4

      Offboarding

      When all your copy is delivered, we have a post-adventure catch-up to make sure we’ve achieved your goals.
